Collects ECS and Fargate spend from Cost Explorer by account, Region, and usage type to rank the accounts that drive container spend, then assesses each ranked account against its own ECS inventory and CloudWatch or Container Insights utilization to judge task sizing fit, idle or low-value services, autoscaling coverage, scheduling opportunities for intermittent workloads, and Fargate versus EC2-backed launch-type economics, and produces an organization-level efficiency verdict with estimated monthly savings where the evidence supports them.
