GDPR Compliance Report

Overview

This report performs a technical assessment of your AWS environment against selected requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). GDPR is a comprehensive data privacy law that governs how personal data of individuals in the European Union (EU) is collected, processed, and protected. While compliance is ultimately the responsibility of the data controller and processor, this report helps assess your AWS infrastructure’s alignment with relevant technical obligations under GDPR.

This assessment evaluates your environment based on the following GDPR articles:

• Article 25 – Data protection by design and by default
• Article 30 – Records of processing activities
• Article 32 – Security of processing

The assessment covers many AWS services, including S3, IAM, CloudTrail, KMS, and Config.

Upon completion, you will receive a detailed report identifying all passed and failed resources, along with actionable remediation steps to help you achieve alignment with GDPR technical requirements.
