Overview
Review one exact Azure Advisor VM-rightsizing recommendation using scanner-prepared identity, scope, live-resource, Azure Monitor, candidate-capacity, availability, pricing, and savings evidence. The scanner and provider adapter own collection, pagination, normalization, arithmetic, freshness, and fingerprints. The agent owns judgment about conflicting evidence, future demand, business constraints, uncertainty, and the defensible action. This blueprint is read-only, is confined to one subscription, never refreshes Advisor, and never invents a target SKU.
