Overview

Review one exact supported Azure Advisor cost recommendation that is not routed to VM rightsizing, idle/unused, or commitment analysis. Use scanner-prepared identity, scope, current and proposed configuration, usage and feature evidence, billed cost, pricing, provider savings, applicability, and provenance. The scanner and provider adapter own collection, pagination, normalization, arithmetic, freshness, and fingerprints. The agent owns bounded judgment about workload requirements, conflicting evidence, future risk, and the defensible configuration. This blueprint is resource-type reusable, read-only, confined to one subscription and one resource, and never invents a proposed configuration.
